Archaeology of Progress. Elista (2023)
is the third part of the series of site-specific sound works focusing on the critical look at the ideas of progress and its implications. It is the most personal part, as it is rooted in the site of my birthplace and involves affects, promises, memories, tensions and flips associated with this place, resonating in my body.
First presented at Sound and Decoloniality at Aktionhaus Berlin on 22.04.23 (with Natalia Papaeva, Stas Shärifullin and Marsel Ganeyev. Moderated by Giada Dalla Bontà.).
